Refund & Return Policy

Tidex Wellness primarily sells digital infoproducts. This policy explains how refunds work when something goes wrong or you change your mind.

1. Digital purchases

  • If you cannot access your purchase after payment, contact us within 7 days and we will help restore access.
  • If we cannot deliver access due to an issue on our side, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.

2. Change of mind

  • If you have not downloaded or substantially consumed the materials, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • Items marked final sale at checkout are not refundable.

3. How to request help

Message us on Telegram at @TidexWellness with your order reference and the email used at checkout.

4. Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment path where possible and may take several business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve access issues quickly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in loss of access to future purchases.
